Power Statues: collect fruits and improve stamina
Sneak toward a glowing Power Wisp, interact with its statue and follow the challenge it gives you. Some rewards come from interacting; others require a photo or another task. Trade the resulting Power Wisp Fruits at the Forest Goddess Statue for stamina or useful abilities.

Approach quietly before you know the statue type
Both beginner tutorials describe Wisps that disappear if approached too quickly. Sneaking first avoids losing that opportunity. Thalry recommends marking the location yourself because the challenge location may not be automatically recorded.
Eli describes returning the following day after startling one. Use that as the demonstrated retry route, without assuming every statue challenge has the same reset behavior.

Spend for your current bottleneck
The publisher describes exchanging Power Wisp Fruits at the Forest Goddess Statue for stamina and useful abilities. Extra stamina helps a farm-and-exploration routine; other abilities can help animal friendship. Inspect the offered upgrade and cost before spending.
These are separate from the Warp Statues used for map travel and Harvest Wisps used for seeds. Keep each system’s reward and destination distinct.
